Important Information

PLEASE NOTE: Do not attend for your Flu Vaccination if you are testing positive for COVID-19. Your vaccination can be rescheduled for a later date.

**The surgery will NOT be delivering COVID-19 Booster vaccinations.**

Declining your Flu Vaccination 

If you wish to decline your flu vaccination this year please contact the surgery as soon as possible to inform us, so that we can update your record.

Housebound Flu Vaccination 

Flu vaccinations for our housebound patients will be organised by the PCN. You will be contacted by them in due course to arrange your vaccination. Where possible and if you are eligible you will be offered your COVID-19 booster vaccination at the same time. 

* Please Note the surgery will also be offering 'reduced mobility' appointment slots, for flu vaccinations - This is for patients who are not housebound but have reduced mobility. *
