Who should I complain to?
Under the NHS Complaints Regulations 2009 you can either choose the service provider, in this case The Blundellsands Surgery as our experience tells us that by dealing with them directly, concerns can often be sorted out quickly and to your satisfaction. In the first instance please contact the surgery's Practice Manager who will deal with complaint directly.

You may want NHS England to deal with your complaint as they commission the service that has caused you to complain. The choice about who you want to deal with your complaint remains your decision. To complain to NHS England:

Patients can also seek help and advice from the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). PALS provides confidential advice & support, helping you sort out any concerns you may have about the care we provide, guiding you through the different services available from the NHS.
