In order for the practice to process your sample (Urine, Stool, Nail Clippings or Sputum) it is imperative that your sample is returned to the practice with all the relevant paper work and also in a sterile container, inside one of our sample bags.

Your sample must be returned to the surgery BEFORE 11:00am (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays). We are unable to accept samples after 11:00am as the courier collects our samples and takes them to the hospital laboratory, each day, during the morning. We are unable to keep urine and stool samples overnight.

Failure to do the above may result in your sample not being processed as we are unable to send samples without the relevant information to the hospital laboratory.
