Patient feedback is extremely important to us, as an improving practice we are always open to constructive suggestions as to how we can improve the service we offer to you. Patient comments can be used to help us assess our level of service and make changes where necessary.
Patient feedback is shared and reflected upon with the practice team at monthly meetings.
There is a number of ways we collect patient feedback:
- Through Comments, Complaints and Suggestions
- Through the Patient Participation Group (PPG)
- Through Surveys sent to patients via post / text
- We also collect feedback given to us verbally
- Google reviews
