Child Immunisations
The Surgery offers appointments for Child Immunisations every Tuesday Morning with our Practice Nurse. Please ensure you bring a long your child's Red Book to your appointment.

Vaccines are the most effective way to prevent infectious diseases therefore it is important that vaccines are given on time for the best protection, but if your child has missed a vaccination please contact the surgery to arrange an appointment with our Practice Nurse to catch up.

NHS CHILD IMMUNISATION SCHEDULE
Babies Under 1 years
8 Weeks:
Please Note: You will also be invited to attend for your child's 8 week health check on the same day as your child's first immunisation appointment, prior to them getting immunised. This appointment is done with Dr Scott - The check will include a thorough physical examination of your baby and he will be able to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
12 Weeks:
16 Weeks:
Children Aged 1 to 15 years
1 Years:
3 Years and 4 Months:
12 to 13 Years:
