Foreign Travel Immunisations

When travelling to some foreign countries you may be required to have some Travel Vaccines before you go. The Surgery offers appointments with our Practice Nurses every day (Mon-Fri) for this.

In order for the Nurses to assess what you're likely to need against what you've already had you will need to complete our Travel Form (Please ensure you complete and return this form at least 8 weeks before you plan to travel).

You can come into surgery to collect this form from The Reception Desk or alternatively you can complete the form online by clicking HERE and email it to our practice email.

Please allow a few days for the Practice Nurse to review your form - Then contact the Surgery to arrange an appointment - If you have not already been contacted by the Surgery.

Some pharmacies are now offering Travel Vaccinations - Please contact your local pharmacy to check if they are offering this service as it may be more convenient for you.
